Meet the Doctors
Dr. Carrie Welch received her doctorate of chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Science in December of 1998. Upon graduation, she took a position as an instructor in the SCUHS Clinical Orthopedics and Neurology and Chiropractic Procedures departments, and as a teaching assistant in the school's clinic.
Dr. Carrie Welch has been serving the northern virginia area since January of 2000 in her Reston, Virginia clinic.
Dr. Welch specializes in the care of patients suffering from neuromusculoskeletal conditions. She uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of her patients. She combines the very best diagnostic equipment, hands-on-technique, and state of the art physiotherapy procedures. Dr. Welch is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to feeling good.

Dr. Kate Raby is a 2008 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus. She graduated summa cum laude and was a recipient of the prestigious Presidential Scholar award. She is a native of the District of Columbia and graduated cum laude from Saint Mary's College of Maryland. Special areas of interest include extremity evaluation and adjusting (wrists, hips, feet, etc) and nutrition as it relates to inflammation and musculoskeletal pain. Dr. Raby works closely with her patients to educate them on the steps they can take not only to reduce and prevent pain but also to promote better overall health.
Dr. Raby lectures in the local community on subjects such as ergonomics, back health, and workplace wellness. She is also available for workplace spinal screenings and ergonomics assessments.
Dr. Raby lives in Alexandria with her husband and two-year old daughter. She is an active member of Business Network International-Herndon Business Exchange. Prior to her career as a chiropractor she worked for eight years as a National Park Service Park Ranger.
