To secure your appointment for facial treatments or massage, a credit card or gift certificate number will be required. You may pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, check, credit card or gift certificate.
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill out any necessary intake forms, use the restroom and begin to relax! Your appointment is scheduled with a specific therapist whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment, therefore a late arrival or start time will lessen the time available to complete your treatment. Please arrive a bit early to ensure that your session can begin on time.
Running late: Please call ahead if you are running more than 5 minutes late. You will be given as much of your scheduled time as the therapist’s schedule can permit, though treatment times may be shortened as needed.
Cancellations: All cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments, “no-shows”, will be charged for the amount of the scheduled services. 'No Shows" for chiropractic appointments will be charged $50.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment we require 24 hours notice, however if we are able to fill the appointment you will not be charged. Therefore, please give us as much notice as possible. If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment in advance in consideration of our therapists and other clients and to ensure maximum enjoyment of your experience.
Product Exchange: Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Forms of Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, personal checks, traveler’s checks and cash payments. Insurance may be accepted for chiropractic appointments.
Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Accounts: These accounts can often be used for therapeutic massage with the recommendation of our chiropractor. We are happy to provide you with the documentation you need. Use your benefits by the end of the year so you don’t lose them!
